My Background, Experience, and Completed Projects
Beginnings and Development (2000–2004)
My initial exposure to sticker production and installation dates back to the turn of the millennium.
• Summer 2000: Participated in a project by my father’s advertising agency Remigius OÜ, executing large-scale sticker advertising installation work on the windows of the legendary Kodutarve store in downtown Tallinn.
• 2001: Joined my father’s company permanently, starting daily work in the field of adhesive advertising. At the same time, I began my studies as a designer, mastering vector graphics and photo editing software (CorelDraw, Photoshop).
• Summer 2001 (Independent project): Construction work at Lõunakeskus in Tartu – large-scale sticker branding solution in the newly opened Lõunakeskus Maksimarket. Worked in my father’s firm until 2004.
Kruze Disain OÜ (2004–2008)
• Positions: Project Manager / Technical Designer in print preparation.
• Activities: Digital preparation for screen printing, digital printing, and pad printing; project management of the sticker advertising department, sticker production, and installation.
Artiste OÜ & European Capital of Culture (2008–2011)
• 2008: Founded my own company, Artiste OÜ, offering sticker advertising services and participating in various exciting projects with partners. In the same year, I participated in the entrepreneurship competition Ajujaht, where our team received recognition and a special financial award.
• 2011: Tallinn European Capital of Culture project – participated with my design and concept, and completed training programs in graphic design and project writing.
Industrial Embroidery and Kruze Disain (2013–2016)
• Rejoined the print services company Kruze Disain OÜ and took over the coordination of the embroidery department.
• Learned to program and code industrial embroidery machines and managed the daily operations of the department until 2016.
International Experience and Management – BrandFactory Eesti (2016–2018)
• Positions: Project Manager; from 2017 onwards, Head of Production and Installation, and Acting CEO.
• Scope of responsibility: The company’s core business was sticker advertising production and installation in Estonia, as well as large-format printing and promotional products for the Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish markets. I managed production, installation, and partially the business and team processes of the company, providing valuable international management experience.
OakMan OÜ and Large-Scale Facade Projects (2018–Present)
• Founded OakMan OÜ, where adhesive advertising solutions are produced and installed to this day. From 2018 to 2022, I also produced stickers in Estonia for BrandFacktory Norge AS.
• Key facade and bulk projects:
- Valio Eesti Laeva Factory: Design solution for the entire Laeva factory facade (on sandwich panels), totaling 2,200 m², as well as the cheese warehouse facade of the Valio Võru factory (400 m²).
- Pipelife Eesti AS: Removal of old stickers and installation of new ones on the facade (650 m²).
- Dotnuva Baltic AS: Color change of the entire 1,500 m² building – wrapping the blue building in matte gray.
- KB Auto Eesti OÜ: Execution of the branding solution for the facades of the former Rummu prison complex.
- Fleet wrapping and maintenance: ToruAbi OÜ (60+ vehicles), KONE AS (30+ vehicles), Adven Eesti AS (30+ vehicles).
- Balti Jaama Turg and Mustamäe SPA: Signs, directional signage, and visual sticker solutions.
Expert Roles and the Estonian Rescue Board (2021)
• OakMan OÜ is an official expert and cooperation partner to the Estonian Rescue Board.
• In 2021, I served as an expert on the evaluation committee for the Rescue Board’s new visual identity competition. We continue to wrap professional rescue vehicles today.
Stikker OÜ – Apartment Associations and Rescue Equipment (2022–Present)
• Founded Stikker OÜ in 2022, specializing primarily in the apartment association market.
• Results and services: Served nearly 400 associations across Estonia. We offer apartment associations a full service from consultation to compliant solutions (building numbers, floor numbers, apartment numbers, apartment ranges, shelter markings, etc.). We also provide professional wrapping services for volunteer rescue vehicle fleets (totaling 30+ vehicles and specialized equipment wrapped across Estonia).
